BookedService.com is a B2B lead marketplace that connects service providers (contractors, real estate agents, security companies, tax advisors) with potential customers. We provide lead packages containing contact information of individuals or businesses seeking specific services.

3. Account Registration

To use our Platform, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Lead Purchases and Payments

By purchasing leads on our Platform:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Leads are for your business use only and may not be resold
• We do not guarantee conversion rates or contact accuracy
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

5. Lead Quality and Freshness

We strive to provide high-quality, fresh leads. However, we cannot guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or that all contact information will remain accurate after delivery. Lead quality varies based on market conditions and source data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use leads for illegal purposes or spam
• Share, resell, or distribute leads to third parties
• Violate any applicable telemarketing or communication laws
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

7. Refund Policy

All lead purchases are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for lead packages with more than 50% undeliverable contacts. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with documentation of undeliverable contacts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookedService.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our Platform.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
